°Celsi offers over 25 different sensor types beyond just temperature monitoring. Our temperature sensors range from -200°C to +300°C, suitable for everything from ultra-low freezers to commercial ovens. We also provide humidity sensors for dry storage monitoring, door sensors to track cool room access, motion sensors (PIR) for security, CO2 sensors for indoor air quality, water leak sensors, light sensors, and people counting sensors.

How long do °Celsi sensor batteries last?

°Celsi sensors use long-life industrial batteries that typically last 2-5 years depending on the sensor type and reporting frequency. Unlike competitors' sensors that need battery replacement every 3-6 months, our sensors are designed for minimal maintenance. When a battery does need replacement, the sensor swap is included as part of your service — we send you a replacement sensor at no additional cost.

Does °Celsi work without internet?

°Celsi's hub requires internet connectivity to send alerts and sync data to the cloud. However, the sensors continue to log temperature data locally during internet outages, and this data automatically syncs when connectivity is restored, ensuring you never lose temperature records. For critical applications, we recommend using our optional cellular-enabled hub that doesn't rely on WiFi.

Can °Celsi integrate with my existing systems?

Yes, °Celsi offers a comprehensive REST API that allows integration with property management systems, facility management software, building management systems (BMS), and custom applications. We have pre-built integrations with Tanda (staff rostering), Restoke.AI (inventory management), and various POS systems.

What happens if a sensor fails or stops working?

If a sensor fails or loses connection, you'll receive an immediate notification. As part of your subscription, sensor replacement is included at no extra cost — we'll ship you a replacement sensor overnight. We also monitor sensor health proactively and will notify you before a battery runs low.
