Never miss an alert with AIKA
°Celsi sends a message to your phone when something goes wrong — by WhatsApp, by SMS, or even as an automated, personalised phone call. But a chef in a busy kitchen doesn’t always have their phone on them, so that message can sit unread for hours, or get missed altogether.
That’s where AIKA comes in. It shows the alert on a screen that’s always on, live and in the kitchen. If someone leaves the fridge open or a freezer drifts out of range, the problem is visible straight away.
The Temperature Monitoring section displays live readings from every sensor in your venue, updating automatically every 30 seconds.
But there’s more. In a busy kitchen it is easy to lose track of when the hot plates were last swapped. AIKA tells you exactly when each item is due for its next change, so you don’t have to guess whether it has been four hours or five.
Routine temperature checks are supported as well, with direct input from Bluetooth handheld probes such as the Thermapen (ETI), KwikSwitch (Cooper-Atkins) or Inkbird.
We showed AIKA for the first time at a hospitality event in Sydney in May 2026. Now we’re bringing the advanced version to Brisbane, 12–13 October.
What’s new in the advanced version:
- Always-on display — alerts and hot plate replacement timing visible at a glance, all shift
- Every change logged automatically — what was changed, who did it, when
- Fast food-safety temperature records
- Live temperature monitoring
- It pairs with Thermapen and other well-known probe brands
- Hot/cold plate swap timing
- Expiry labels, printed from the label printer
Powered by the °Celsi temperature monitoring system.
Come see it live in Brisbane.
